No Bake Cookie Dough made without butter or eggs. The creamy secret to this dip is chickpeas but you’d never even know it…
We all know that cookies are delicious, especially these ones, but sometimes the best part about baking cookies is eating the cookie dough itself. Are you with me? If you share this love of mine then go ahead and satisfy your sweet tooth with this no bake cookie dough dip – it’s sweet, creamy and really quite a treat.
It’s pretty good for you too. It may be hard to believe but the main ingredient used to create this dreamy dip is chickpeas (high in protein, fibre and count towards 1 of your 5-a-day). Chickpeas you ask? Yes but you won’t taste it, this isn’t hummus, I promise. All you’ve gotta do is throw in some nut butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla bean paste along with a handful of chocolate chips and you’ll have something amazing on your hands.
Go ahead and eat the whole bowl if you like, I know I am.
