Super creamy chia pudding – an easy and delicious snack that be made in a matter of minutes
Chia seeds are amazing; as well as being a nutritional powerhouse, they are extremely versatile and can be used to make one of my favourite snacks, chia pudding. This simple sweet treat can be put together in minutes and its creamy custard like consistency will fuel for you for hours thanks to the chia seeds high levels of protein, omega 3 and fibre. To make the base of any chia pudding all you need to do is combine the chia seeds with a plant-based milk of your choice and coconut yoghurt, it really couldn’t be easier.
To make the perfect pudding I love to add in a couple of extra ingredients, such as fruit and spices as these are a great way create a delicious pud. Here I’ve added blueberry compote, extra coconut yoghurt and raw chocolate shards.
