Raw Chocolate Cake Pops, fun little chocolaty treats on a stick.
There is something about eating cake from a stick that makes it a whole lot more fun. Perhaps that’s my inner child speaking but making these pops are lots of fun too, and great for getting kids involved.
Before making cake pops I wasn’t sure if they were worth the fuss, but actually they’re super easy to make and totally worth the effort. And the fact that these are raw makes it a breeze.
These chocolate cake pops are light and fluffy, something you don’t usually get with raw desserts but the coconut flour works magically in this recipe to create a delicious cake like texture. As well as tasting delicious, these cake pops are healthy and nutritious. They’re made with a handful of natural ingredients including cashew nuts, coconut flour and cacoa butter.
With a dark chocolate centre and white chocolate coating, these cake pops will are perfect for chocolate lovers. I’ve chosen to decorate these with raw cacao nibs but you could always try sprinkles or chopped nuts to mix things up.
