There’s something about the blend of chocolate and hazelnut that makes me fall in love with every mouthful and this nicecream is no exception. When I tried this a couple of weeks ago I knew I’d be making it many more times, especially with hazelnut season just around the corner. Hello free nuts…
This cold creamy treat is rich and deliciously decadent. It’s also healthy too, with each scoop packed full of plantbased goodness. Its made with bananas and no added sugar, making it perfect for who are avoiding refined sugar but still fancy something sweet and chocolatey.
This nicecream is:
Refined sugar free
High in protein
Perfect for breakfast or dessert
- ¼ cup hazelnut milk
- ¼ cup hazelnuts
- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp. cacao
- 1 tbsp. alcohol (optional)
- Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
- Serve straight away or return to the freezer until ready to eat
